Muscle Reviver Protein Smoothie

A great smoothie to energise tired muscles and sore joints.

Ingredients: 
200ml coconut water
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 banana (frozen if you wish)
1 Tbsp raw almond butter
1 tsp Ultra Bone & Joint
1 scoop Protein Plus or Healthy Weight
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Prep:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, rich and creamy.  Drink and enjoy!
