You can also ask to talk your result through with one of our dietitians. If you have been approved for a Support At Home Package, and your provider determines that these products are appropriate for your care plan, you may be able to have the cost covered directly by your Support At Home Provider. Please consult with your provider to assess your eligibility and secure the necessary approvals.
