If You Are Eligible You Don't Have to Pay!
If you are eligible for support under your Home Care Plan or NDIS plans for nutrition support we will bill your provider direct and you won't have to pay direct for dietitian support or eligible recommended nutrition support products.
Two Simple Pathways
Support at Home (Seniors) – Fully funded under Clinical Support – Nutrition & Dietetics when prescribed by our dietitian
NDIS Participants (8 – 65 yrs) – Eligible through Core Supports for daily nutrition
We Handle the Admin
We liaise with your coordinator or provider, issue compliant documentation, and arrange delivery so you don’t need to manage invoices.
If you're already working with a support at home provider or plan manager:
Ask them if nutrition support through Eat Well Health can be included in your plan
