If you're receiving support through a Home Care Package or are a participant in the NDIS, you may be able to access Eat Well Health's nutrition products and dietitian services using your funding — subject to provider approval and eligibility.

We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants, and registered home care providers, to offer convenient access to our clinically designed support options.

If your Home Care or NDIS provider:

Confirms that nutrition support is a reasonable and necessary service for you, and

Is registered with Eat Well Health,

Then we may be able to bill your provider directly, so you don’t need to pay upfront and claim reimbursement later. Your provider will assess your individual needs and determine if our products or services can be included in your plan.

If you're already working with a home care provider or plan manager:

Ask them if nutrition support through Eat Well Health can be included in your plan
