We Streamline the Process for Support At Home Providers

We have developed our model to simplify the process, enabling Support At Home Providers to support their clients' nutrition needs more efficiently, subject to individual assessment and provider approval. We believe that Support At Home Providers can play a positive role in enabling their clients to access nutrition advice and products through their Support At Home Packages. To assist the Support At Home Providers, we have invested in systems to allow them to efficiently enable their clients to access quality nutrition advice and products in the following ways.

  • Our systems are all online enabling a central accessible system for Support At Home Providers and their clients to communicate.
  • Clients, with the support of their Support At Home Providers, can complete the online questionnaire within approximately 5 minutes with their client which will automatically generate a nutrition assessment based on our algorithm developed by our dietitians to recommend products to improve the client’s nutrition.
  • This recommendation will automatically be sent to the providers for inclusion in their client's Support At Home Plan.
  • The client and the providers have the opportunity to ask questions with our dietitians if necessary, about the recommendations. And if necessary, to modify the recommendations.

We are committed to ensuring the Support At Home Providers can help provide their clients with the best nutrition advice and products in the most efficient way. We are committed to working with them to further develop our systems to improve their productivity and efficiency to enable them to deliver the best outcomes for their clients.

  • If the client, with the support of the Support At Home Provider, wishes to start on the nutrition plan using our products, the client can accomplish our Nutrition Screen Questionnaire, and order the recommended products, and the provider can approve the order online. An invoice will then be sent to the provider for payment, subject to the provider's assessment and approval.

    To determine eligibility and obtain approval for nutrition support products, clients should consult with their Support At Home Providers. The provider can assess individual needs and confirm whether these products can be included in the client's plan.
  • Once the order is placed the products will be delivered to the client directly.
  • Support At Home Providers will have the ability to allocate clients to individual staff for whom they are responsible. So, a Support At Home staff member will be able to access and edit, modify or cancel all of their clients orders as they see appropriate and will also efficiently be able to manage the payment authorisation process for their accounts team.
  • Clients will be able to sign up for a subscription program where their ongoing needs are met by regular automatic delivers of product where the invoicing is automatically sent to the provider for payment. The providers or clients will be able to cancel the subscription program at any time.
