To access nutrition support through your plan, you will need to provide appropriate documentation that demonstrates the disability-related nutritional needs you have.

We recommend discussing the necessary documentation with your NDIS contact or support coordinator to ensure you meet the specific requirements for funding approval.

Dietitian Support and Assessment

Our accredited dietitians can assess your nutritional needs and, if appropriate, provide a detailed report that includes meal plans and supplement recommendations, which may support your funding application.

Direct Billing to Your NDIS Provider

If your NDIS plan includes funding for meal replacements or protein supplements, and upon approval, we offer a system to order and claim Optimal Essentials Complete Nutrition Pharma and Protein Plus Pharma supplements as part of your NDIS package.

For self-managed plans, we can provide a proforma invoice for you to submit to the NDIS. Once you receive the funds, you can complete the payment to us.

For plan-managed participants, once your plan manager approves the purchase, you can place an order, and we will deliver the products directly to you and invoice your plan manager accordingly.
