We may also receive information from your Home Care Provider, NDIS Plan Manager, Support Coordinator, or clinical staff where required to provide services.

  We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised staff.
