HEALTHY BANANA BARS
These are a fantastic way to satisfy your sweet cravings without the sugar!!!
Just add 2 teaspoons of your favourite OE powder to make them extra healthy.
Ingredients
1 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup coconut sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup whole meal flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup choc chips
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a square baking pan with baking paper
Mash the bananas and stir in coconut sugar, butter, milk, egg and vanilla
Combine dry ingredients together and add to the wet ingredients and fold in 1/3 cup choc chips
Sprinkle extra choc chips on top
Bake for 16-20 minutes
