REFRESHING WATERMELON SMOOTHIE
This easy smoothie doesn't just look great but provides some additional health benefits.
There is a high water content in watermelon so this smoothie is exceptionally hydrating and is packed with Vitamin C, A and numerous antioxidants. By adding strawberries to this smoothie, you’re also getting added antioxidants and fibre.
Blend all ingredients together and add ice or extra water/milk to your taste.
