WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

"My daughter was worried that I wasn't eating properly, so we filled out the nutrition screening questionnaire together. It turned out that I needed to improve my nutrition. I then scheduled a Telehealth appointment with a dietitian who was incredibly helpful. Now, I take Complete Nutrition daily, and I love it. The entire process was straightforward and covered by my Support At Home Plan."

"After being discharged from the hospital and losing some weight, a friend recommended Eat Well Health to me. I completed the nutrition questionnaire and booked an appointment with a dietitian. The process was easy, and now I supplement my daily meals with Complete Nutrition in chocolate flavour. I've gained 2 kilograms and am looking forward to my follow-up appointment with Brittany, my dietitian, in two weeks. Excellent service and ongoing support!"

"My NDIS provider recommended Eat Well Health, so I checked out their website and made a Telehealth appointment with a dietitian. I had never spoken with a dietitian before, and she provided fantastic advice to help improve my daily meals and overall diet. Now, I supplement my diet with the Optimal Essentials coffee and vanilla protein powder. It's covered directly by my NDIS plan, so I don't need to pay out of pocket. Thanks, Eat Well Health!"

"I have been worried that my 8-year-old son, Will, wasn't eating properly in the mornings. So, I arranged a convenient after-school appointment with a dietitian, which we could do from home on my computer. The dietitian was friendly and explained to Will the importance of good nutrition and how it would help him build strength for football. I set up a monthly subscription, and now he has Complete Nutrition before school most days. It gives me comfort knowing he's starting his day well-nourished. Plus, he loves the chocolate flavor!"

Under Support at Home, the economics of care are changing. With management fees capped at 10%, efficiency has become the new driver of profitability.  That means the providers who thrive won’t necessarily be the largest — they’ll be the most efficient, especially in how they manage clinical support and compliance.

Support at Home: What the New Model Means for Providers

The introduction of the Support at Home program on 1 November represents the biggest structural change to aged care in over a decade. For providers, it brings both fresh opportunity and greater accountability.  The new model consolidates existing programs, caps management fees, and places a stronger emphasis on measurable clinical outcomes. It’s a shift from “service delivery” to client wellbeing and evidence-based support — and that means every part of a provider’s workflow will be under greater scrutiny.
