How It Works
Step 1 — Complete a short nutrition screening.
Complete a short, guided nutrition screening. It takes a few minutes, and your result tells you whether you may benefit from extra nutrition support.
Step 2 — Results & Order Options
Based on your answers, you’ll receive your result in plain words and a recommendation matched to it, made under our dietitian-approved nutrition support protocol. You can then order the recommended products, funded through your Support at Home plan if you are eligible. You can begin with a one-off order or choose an ongoing subscription for convenience.
Step 3 — Provider Approval (if required)
Your Support at Home provider reviews your order, checks it fits within your budget, and approves it for supply.
Step 4 — Delivery & Ongoing Support
Once approved, your products are despatched directly to your home. Our team provides ongoing support and simple options to re-order or adjust your plan. Choosing an ongoing subscription is the easiest way to ensure you always have the products you need, without the hassle of re-ordering. You can pause or cancel at any time.
Set Up an Account
To place your first order, you’ll need to set up an account with Eat Well Health. This ensures your details are linked correctly with your Support at Home provider package.

After Your Screening
After completing the screening questionnaire you will receive:
- Your result, explained in plain words
- A recommendation matched to your result, made under our dietitian-approved protocol, and the offer of a consultation with one of our dietitians
- The option to order the recommended products, funded through your Support at Home plan if you are eligible
- Regular communication on the status of your order
