Support At Home Packages

If you have a Support At Home Package and want to have the eligible products purchased through your Support At Home Plan you need to register with us and provide us with your Support At Home Provider details.

Purchases paid for by your Support At Home Provider can only be purchased through this system and cannot be purchased from the Shop pages.

Self Funded

If you are paying for the products yourself and not claiming any government support then it is as simple as selecting the products from the cart and paying for them at the checkout.

You can order online at any time. Set up a repeat order if you would like your products to arrive on a regular schedule, and change or pause it whenever you like from your account.

The Optimal Essentials – Pharma Range

Optimal Essentials have specifically developed a range of products which are classified as Foods for Special medical Purposes. These products are designed to only be taken under the supervision of a dietitian or other medical practitioner.

The Pharma range products are considered foods for special medical purposes that are specifically formulated for medical conditions where nutrition needs cannot be met by diet modification alone. Eligible Support at Home clients can have these products funded when they are prescribed. They can also be bought directly.
