If You Are Eligible You Don't Have to Pay

If you are eligible for support under your Home Care Plan for nutrition support we will bill your provider direct and you won't have to pay direct for dietitian support or eligible recommended nutrition support products.

One of the key issues identified in the research identifying barriers to good nutrition across all cohorts is affordability and access to Government support. With this in mind we have developed systems to allow you to easily access the Government support programs so that you can book appointments with our team of dietitians and purchase recommended products to improve your nutrition without having to pay for them directly. We will bill your Home Care direct where your are eligible. This means you don't have to pay us and reclaim the money back from your provider.
